SHIPPING
We normally ship orders within 2-3 business days once received. The available services for most products are UPS Ground and United States Postal Service Priority Mail. The shipping rate will be based on the weight of the contents and destination of the package. The rate for each selection will be reflected in your shopping cart and will update as items in the cart are added or removed. RB US may hold a shipment during extremely hot or cold weather to protect the quality of items purchased. These occurrences are most likely during summer months in southwestern states, and winter months in northern states. When we temporarily hold your shipment, we’ll notify you by email.
Shipping Policy
- You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
- The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
- All orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped out in 2-3 business days.
- Orders placed on Friday after business hours, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out 2-3 business days from the following Monday
- No shipments are delivered on Saturday or Sunday
- We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- Our warehouse is located in Kentucky
- We do not ship outside the U.S.
What are the shipping options?
We ship via FEDEX for all states included on the list below. You can choose Ground, Next Day Air, or Second Day Air for shipping. As all alcoholic deliveries require an adult signature and proof of ID, we highly recommend sending your order to a business address to prevent missed deliveries.
- All orders placed Monday through Friday before 4pm PST will be shipped out in 2-4 business days (Shipments placed during the holiday season may take longer longer to process). If the item is not currently in stock delivery may be delayed.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out within 2-4 business days.
- No shipments are delivered on Saturday or Sunday
- We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- All Ground shipments take 3-5 business days in transit. Our warehouse is located in California.
- All Next Day or Second Day Air service will be shipped the following business day.
Do you ship to my state?
Non-Kentucky residents accept all responsibility for determining if their state or county laws allow alcohol products to be shipped to their state or county.
When I order, can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
Yes, you may place an order and have it shipped to a different address than your billing address
RETURNS
Although our goal is for all our customers to be satisfied with their orders, we do not provide refunds once your order ships. If you are unhappy with the product, or it is damaged, please take a picture and email us at info@richbourbon.us; we will happily work with you to resolve your issue.
